Our process allows us to minimize the stress and confusion of building a custom home while allowing our clients to enjoy the excitement of the custom home building experience. Our Process

This is where we will have our initial consultation. To start we'll discuss what your vision is for your custom home and look at what inspired your vision. We'll discuss budget as custom home pricing varies. As we progress with the design process, it will allow us to create a more accurate pricing. Once we have an understanding of your vision will move to the next process of designing.

The next step to capturing your vision is the design process. This is where we will begin making scaled floor plans and the 3D model of you home. Once the floor plan is set, we can start adding exterior details, interior details, material and fixture selections. Throughout the design process you will be able to view the 3D model of how your home will look as well as discuss any changes you may want to make. Before the design process begins a deposit will be required based on the size and complexity of the home. This will be applied to the Actual cost of the design process.

The next process is to calculate the project cost. We will review all of the specific selections that have been made and build a detailed cost estimate, any selections that have not yet been decided upon will be listed as an allowance. If necessary to meet budget requirements we will work with you to choose alternative selections. Once the contract has been signed, we will begin scheduling the building phase.

The Moment You've Dreamed Of

As we begin the construction process, you will receive updates as the project progresses. Typical build times are approximately12-16 months. Variations to build times depends on material selections, weather and size of project.

Once your home is built, we love to host a housewarming party for you to meet your new neighbors and give your friends and family the grand tour.
