To Start the consultation process, fill out the form below. After we have received your information one of our project managers will reach out to you within 1-2 business days.

After we have received your project information we will perform what we call a desk estimate. The estimate is designed to give you a preliminary idea of the potential cost involved in your project, based on the information you provide.

A desk estimate is an important step in our project evaluation process. It allows us to quickly assess the feasibility of your project and provide you with a rough estimate of what you can expect in terms of budget. However, please keep in mind that a desk estimate is not a final quote and may evolve after completing our onsite visit to gather more detailed information.

Depending on the projects details, the "Desk Estimate Process" may be exempt.

After Discussing the "Desk Estimate" we will schedule our onsite visit. This is when we will discuss the design, take measurements, specifications, and give suggestions. We'll discuss your projects budget as this will help us custom tailor your project to your budget.

If determined that your project will need architectural drawings, our design team will work with you to make sure we capture every aspect of your vision. A deposit is required before starting architectural drawings.

The Moment You've Dreamed Of

As we begin the construction process, you will receive a preliminary schedule and your project manager will submit updates for your project weekley. We believe communication is one of the biggest factors in providing our clients with a positive experience throughout the construction process.

Once your project is complete it's time to sit back relax and enjoy it.

After we have finished the design and budget process, we move to the contract process. Prior to signing the contract we review our "Client Engagement Agreement". This document goes over the expectations each of us should have during the construction process as well as how we invoice, receive payments, how to handle issues should they arise, giving you confidence in your decision. As this helps to make sure the construction process goes as smooth as possible. Afterwards we will review the contract together and if your ready to move forward we'll sign the documents.
